The WAKEFUL ADULT package includes:

  • An evidence-based mindfulness curriculum 
  • 2 hours of on-site training per week x 5 weeks
  • 5 powerful keynote talks on Kate's proprietary mindfulness for work-life themes
  • Weekly direct experience of practice, body scan, mindful movement, sitting with awareness of breath, sound meditation, eating meditation, walking meditation
  • Weekly group discussions
  • Weekly homework, handouts and resources
