KATE KERR, BA (HONS) - Kate is a qualified MBSR Instructor (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), a motivational speaker, a change-maker and facilitator. She is a sought-after and highly regarded speaker who creates powerful workshops, talks and emotional connections with her audiences. She has studied mindfulness meditation and interpersonal neurobiology with Dr. Stéphane Treyvaud at the Mindfulness Centre since 2011. She has deepened her practice at numerous 8 day silent retreats with Shinzen Young in Vipassana insight meditation. Kate is formally trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction with the highly regarded international MBSR Professional Education and Training at University of Massachusetts Medical School. Most recently Kate completed the intensive Mind Body Medicine Training with Saki Santoreli, Florence Meleo-Meyer and Judson Brewer. Kate thrives on an active daily meditation practice of her own embodying mindfulness as a way of life. Kate's work and teaching has been featured in SheGlows, Success Magazine and TVO's The Agenda.

Dr. JESSICA LANGER, PhD - Jessica is a professor of public relations at Centennial College; she is a scholar of digital and social media communications strategy, and is a practitioner of mindfulness in both her professional and personal lives. She has acted as a PR and marketing consultant for major clients including TD, SickKids, Precise ParkLink, Green P, Sol Cuisine, Taste of Nature and many others, and has held leadership roles on creative properties including the Bell Digital Media Fund-supported and Digi Award-winning digital execution for HGTV’s Home to Win. As a professor, Jessica is driven by her love of teaching and her devotion to providing an education that is comprehensive, forward-thinking and accessible to all students. She aims to help her students develop both the practical tools to be successful in their chosen field and the confidence and drive to think critically and be innovative in their professional practice. Jessica's practice of radical compassion in her teaching has been recognized globally by news outfits including Buzzfeed News, CTV News Channel, Upworthy and the Daily Mail.

STEFFI BLACK, BA (HONS) - Former television personality, and featured Author in  Ready, Aim, Thrive – an Amazon best seller on Discovering How To Flourish and Prosper from Today’s top experts - Steffi is a life and career transitions coach and founder of women’s virtual networking group, Connection Corner. As founder of ‘Spread the Kindness’, she's sharing the importance for more kindness in today’s workplace. Her Keynote - Why Kindness Matters Today: How planning to incorporate kindness in the workplace creates powerful and positive change, includes a monthly curriculum outline and concrete tools to create lasting change in the workplace.
